Avisure conducted a gap analysis of Sydney Airport’s Environment Management System (EMS) against ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems – Requirements with Guidance for Use (2015). The gap analysis included a two-day site visit for an extensive review of current documentation and systems, to meet with Sydney Airport personnel, and to observe current EMS implementation. Our report detailed the results of the gap analysis and provided recommendations for improvement.
