On behalf of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), we reviewed Auckland Council’s Plan Change 5 (Whenuapai Plan Change) and provided an expert evidence report and a witness at a hearing panel, to draw the commissioners’ attention to the key points in the evidence. Our experienced team has a comprehensive understanding of the NSDF situation, having previously delivered a wildlife hazard report on land-use planning to the RNZAF Auckland, a wildlife hazard management plan and a wildlife hazard management training workshop for NZDF
