Welcome to our first Avisure Newsletter for 2021.
At Avisure, we’re off to a flying start for 2021, focusing on our mission: ‘to revolutionise aviation risk management’. To make a difference and change how things are done means we need to inform and educate. This year therefore, we are focusing on sharing our team’s knowledge and years of experience across various digital platforms.
We are excited to have launched our new platform, AviCast, with three very different episodes released in February. AviCast is Australia’s first podcast focusing on wildlife hazard management; become a subscriber and you will be alerted when the new episode is available each month. Following the launch of our new website late last year, we are focusing on increasing our content there, making it an even more valuable resource for industry. We’re also engaging more actively with our network on social media, so follow us on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to see what we are up to.
This first newsletter for 2021 is filled with celebration. As a RAAF reservist, there’s a special event close to my heart: our Royal Australian Air force is celebrating an amazing 100 years, and for 10 of those years we are proud to have partnered with Ventia at RAAF Edinburgh. We also welcome a new team member, Jessica Radford; and celebrate the fact that we are working with Australian Pacific Airports Melbourne, and presenting at the AAA QLD Division meeting.
On behalf of our team, I hope you enjoy reading this newsletter, and wish everyone a safe and wonderful Easter break.
Jill
